About The Game
The logic strategy of Barotrauma combines several genre trends, among which one can distinguish action, indie, and many others. The game develops on the satellite planet of Jupiter Europe. The frozen station has become a place of collision with alien life. Surviving in such conditions is quite difficult, but the user has to cope with this task. Otherwise, it can easily become a dinner for an alien creature.
NOTE. Uploaded version: 18 June 2026 [v1.13.4.0a]. This is Full Release and latest version of game. The game is already Packaged in Installer and ready to run the game after install, read the instruction below.

The player must try on the role of captain of a submarine, assistant captain, mechanic or doctor. On a planet alien to man, quite difficult living conditions. Despite the fact that the player will have at his disposal engines, nuclear reactors, sonar, weapons and much more, the user will have to make most of the items and medicines on his own.

How to Install
- Download the game files through torrent.
- Unzip the game using WinRAR or 7zip. (how to use .rar)
- Start game «Barotrauma.exe», Play!
- The language changes in the menu.
How to play online:
- Open Steam, enter your account.
- The game is launched on behalf of the administrator: Barotrauma.exe.
Creating a server for the Game:
- Create Server → Enter a name and click Start → The game will create a server and connect you → Tell a friend your IP (if you have problems with this, use any local network emulator → Select a submarine and wait for all players to be ready.
Connecting to servers:
- Connect to the server → Close the error → Write your name and enter the IP address of the server (friend).
- You can also use the already created server from Kortal, enter in the ADDRESS field: bt.kortal.org
