Battle Shapers is a high-octane sci-fi roguelike FPS where the objective is clear: wipe out waves of corrupt robots. A variety of weapons, abilities, and skills offer ample customization, allowing players to fine-tune their approach to each encounter. The game’s signature feature is a dynamic level generation system, ensuring no two playthroughs of the dystopian landscape will be the same. Leading the resistance is Ada, a cunning hacker who has infiltrated the once utopian New Elysium, now under the control of a rogue AI. Ada’s goal is noble to wrest control back from the metal overlords who took it away.

Along the way, she harnesses the unique abilities of her enemies, from telekinesis to time manipulation, to add to her arsenal in the fight against tyranny. Speed ​​and agility are paramount in this adrenaline-fueled adventure, emphasizing the need for quick movement and careful exploration. The visual palette is stunning, creating a vivid contrast between the glittering futuristic cityscapes and the evil, twisted machinery. Hello Shapers,
 
Here's another round of fixes coming to Battle Shapers before the weekend!
 
Bug Fixes:
Added an option to select an orange crosshair to improve contrast and visibility.
Fixed the Overkill Refactor ability's interaction with Centurion and Juggernaut enemies' armor.
Fixed Corrupted Shock Rifle's projectiles not chaining to different enemies when chain effect mod is equipped.
Fixed interaction between certain 'stickable' weapons like the Pulse Grenade, Wildfire, Splitshot Kunais, and Firehawk, and breakable objects like railings. Weapon effects will now remain where it meets collision and resolve (ex. explode), even after objects break and shatter when hit.
Adjusted the Corrupted Shock Rifle's recoil, spread, and damage scaling both during and outside of combat.
Fixed UI bug where weapon mods' lengthy tooltips would get cut off at certain resolutions.
Fixed bug where dialogue wouldn't show when players triggered in-game dialogue (ex. Lore Pickup) and then immediately triggering a cinematic (ex. boss encounter).
Fixed bug with Corrupted Wind Magistrate and Corrupted Strike Mantis appearing in the end credits.
Improved text legibility of end credits roll scene.

This is v.1.0.3, and it includes a variety of fixes, adjustments and some community-requested features, like an option to toggle off aim assist and support for ultrawide monitors.

Fixing formatting and spelling issues in some dialog lines.
Fixing collision issues in Storm Scraper Boss room & Combat rooms. (✨)
Fixing an issue where the player can be locked in the Gravity Garden if failing the corrupted chest gameplay.(✨)
Improving the hit detection for the Strike Core Overkill Refactor enhancement. (✨)
Fixed an issue with the player maximum health not being saved correctly if the player resumes a run. (✨)
Fixing an issue preventing turret abilities to apply energy type effects to enemies. (✨)
Fixing an issue causing the player to be locked in the Shaper Hacks menu.
