Project Zomboid — is an explosive mix of survival horror and traditional role-playing adventure. In the game, everything is tied to the struggle of the protagonist for his own life in a world undergoing the invasion of bloodthirsty zombies. In terms of visualization, we have an isometric 2D «walker» with an open world, changing randomly, a developed crafting system, and the need to interact with other characters. Fighting hunger, cold, depression, and other things is commonplace. According to the plot, the events of the game take place in Kentucky, namely in Knox County, in the United States of America. During the disaster, which led to an epidemic of a dangerous virus, the lion’s share of the population turned into bloodthirsty walking corpses. Those who have not been infected, are forced to survive in a world overrun by zombies.

The player takes control of one of these survivors, and tries to hold out as long as possible. The game ends when the user’s character dies. Project Zomboid pc latest version implements a gradual complication system. If at the start of the game it will be relatively easy to survive, then closer to the middle this process will turn into something unbearable even for the most experienced players: zombies gradually become stronger and faster, water and electricity disappear, and the products dry out at an incredible speed or simply go bad.
