Racine is a representative of the roguelike genre with card game mechanics and rich character development trees. The user is placed in an apparently fantastical space where a lone eastern warrior fights his way forward in the hope of achieving something that will turn him into a true legend and a true soldier. To do this, it is not enough for him to simply brandish a melee weapon, because enemies often set up ambushes, press with numbers and deliberately attack at a time when the hero is not ready to defend. Therefore, it is simply vital for the protagonist of Racine to use card power-ups in order to achieve success.
