Deck of Haunts is an indie strategy simulation game that puts you in the role of a sentient inhabitant of a haunted house. Your goal is to design the mansion’s layout by day and terrorize visitors by night using a card-based haunting system. You’ll play cards to summon spirits, reshape hallways, and summon horrors to drive people mad while protecting the Heart Room, the source of your power. As victims lose their sanity, you’ll harvest their essence to expand your mansion and unlock new haunting cards, including screams, phantoms, and wall shifts. Your growing notoriety attracts increasingly difficult targets, from law enforcement to priests, and the sinister threat of the Stonemasons looms. Strategically placed rooms create a customized labyrinth of terror, with special rooms providing unique advantages in your quest to become the ultimate nightmare home.
