Chicory A Colorful Tale — is an adventure game enriched with metroidvania elements. The title was developed by the independent studio Dumb and Fat Games, founded by Greg Lobanov, whose portfolio includes the warmly received Wandersong. This game was created thanks to, among other things, a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. Chicory A Colorful Tale takes us on a journey through the province of Picnic, a fantastic country inhabited exclusively by animals whose names are borrowed from the names of food. When the hare artist named Chicory, who made sure this place is a feast of colors, disappears without a trace, her biggest fan, a dog named Pizza, sets out in search. Besides sympathy for her, the protagonist has another reason for this on the outskirts of the Picnic Prowince, a dark forest arose that absorbed all the colors and caused a lot of problems for its inhabitants. So our protégé has no choice but to grab the magic brush of Chicory and try to restore the old order, trying to find his idol.
