The latter will be missed all the time, so prepare for the worst. Then you will need to start the protection system, which will lower all the protective shutters on the windows, but this system can be started only if the generator starts, which is not so easy to get to. To do this, you will have to clear room by room, explore the vast expanses of the building, run across floors and corridors in search of resources, and more. Believe me, it will be very difficult.
