Your ultimate goal is to seize complete control of the Ministry of Revenue through political maneuvering, bribery, assassination, and careful appointments. The character system revolves around five key traits that determine each person's abilities and potential roles, as well as HP, Loyalty, and Hunger stats that determine survivability. Losing all loyalty or HP will cause a character to disappear forever, so resource management is crucial to maintaining a network of allies.
