Lust Sisters begins when a car breakdown during a road trip forces the player to seek help at a secluded monastery. The nuns who reside there initially seem welcoming, but their hospitality turns out to be part of a larger, seductive structure. The protagonist soon finds himself drawn into a secret cult built on physical pleasure and arcane rules.
