Aurora Defense combines roguelike deckbuilding with base-building tower defense gameplay. The player's task is to build defensive structures in the last stronghold of light, holding back the onslaught of advancing darkness. Guarding the last goddess is the main goal of the mission throughout the entire game. The tools for all actions are cards, allowing you to place new buildings, upgrade existing buildings and cast spells. Gamers build a personalized deck, which lays the foundation of their strategy against the attacking forces.
