Elsie is an action platformer with elements of a simplified roguelike and a side view. Each subsequent playthrough is different from the previous one. With each new run, levels are randomly generated from hand-made parts. The order of the loot is also always changing. The locations themselves are non-linear. Before the start, you can add or remove modifiers to increase or decrease the difficulty accordingly. In the indie game, you can run, jump, dash, bounce off walls, shoot at opponents. The protagonist moves between rooms. They contain treasures, challenges, ordinary enemies and bosses. There are different classes with their skills and arsenal.
