Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader is an isometric role-playing game set in the iconic Warhammer universe. In its grimdark and science fiction setting, players embark on a spacefaring adventure aboard a massive ship, visiting various locations, interacting with colorful characters, leveling up, completing quests, and engaging in turn-based tactical battles. The battles come in two types. In spaceship battles, you can move your vessel across squares, use the crew’s abilities, fire salvos from the left and right sides, launch torpedoes, shoot beams, and activate turret weapons. During planet-side skirmishes, you control a squad of 6 entities. They can move across the map, take cover, utilize the landscape’s features to their advantage, throw grenades, engage in melee combat, use firearms.

The game is also known by the slightly altered title Rogue Trader Warhammer 40000. Developers aimed to adapt the rules from the Warhammer tabletop game. The video game adaptation unfolds in the dangerous and unexplored space known as the Kronus Expanse. It is considered the outskirts of the Imperium and consists of numerous systems. Players take on the role of a Rogue Trader, and the non-linear narrative allows them to pledge allegiance to the God-Emperor or join the enemies of Humanity. Players can even recruit xenos into their team and hire psykers and warriors. The player’s decisions impact not only the overall story and the fate of their wards but also shape the life across the entire sector.

How to Install the Game
