Neon Blood is set in the year 2053, where the sprawling city of Viridis is divided into two extremes: the Light City and the Blind City. On one side is the wealth and privilege of the Light City, shining like a beacon. On the other is the Blind City, a dark, shadowy place riddled with crime and social decay. At the center is Axel McCoin, a former detective from the heart of the Blind City who takes it upon himself to bridge this divide and bring about change.

Axel will navigate intrigue, strategy, and deep personal struggle in a world of powerful allies and dangerous foes, with his most persistent enemy being the enigmatic Ruby Emerald. At the core of Neon Blood is its turn-based combat system, which is not just about picking a move and hoping for the best. It involves thinking several steps ahead, weighing the risks, and knowing when to strike or hold back. Users must carefully plan their actions and make the most of Axel’s abilities, and each battle requires precision.
