delivery pals is an adventure MMO in which up to 7 players take on the role of feline couriers delivering food to aliens on a post-apocalyptic Earth. After humanity abandoned the dead planet due to its corrosive atmosphere and dangerous creatures, Earth is now visited by aliens, and they have taken a liking to human cuisine. Players operate a super-fast modified train equipped with all the necessities, including a convenience store, ATM, computer terminal, camera monitors, a refrigerator, a kitchen, and a global radar system.

The core gameplay involves processing alien food orders and collecting ingredients from trash cans, containers, and the environment - players can even steal eggs from birds to cook meals. The train serves as both a mobile base and a transport hub, allowing teams to coordinate deliveries and keep tabs on each other via body cameras and satellite feeds. Combat elements arise when players give incorrect orders, causing alien attacks that must be survived.

The cooperative multiplayer design emphasizes teamwork and resource management as players must balance making money from deliveries with humans trying to shut down their businesses and increase their delivery quotas. The game combines survival mechanics and logistical gameplay to create a unique experience where players gather, cook, and deliver food while navigating the dangers of a hostile alien world.
