The Lord of the Rings Adventure Card Game — is a card game in which you have to collect a deck of cards to face the Dark Forces of Sauron. You have to fight against orcs, Nazgul and other enemies in Middle-earth. Also, you will find various quests with their own unique narratives and challenges. Welcome to Middle-earth, wanderer. Sit down by the fireplace, light your pipe and pour yourself ale. Ahead is a long and unhurried story about how a wonderful card game was created with a name familiar to all Tolkienists.

The peoples of the Shire, Mirkwood, Gondor and Rohon have united against the terrible minions of the ruler of evil Sauron and are trying to prevent the Darkness coming to Middle-earth. The beginning is familiar. In principle, the Lord of the Rings-based CCI does not try to improvise and go where it is not necessary. Everything as Sir John Ronald Ruel bequeathed: there are light forces, there are dark forces, there is a struggle between them. Events unfold in the classic 17-year span between Bilbo Baggins’s 111th birthday and Frodo’s 33rd birthday. Rather than retelling the classic storyline, the game takes familiar characters on new adventures that might have taken place during that period.
