In the game, we play the role of Kasho, who decides to break with the family tradition of making Japanese baked goods and opens a pastry shop that sells sweets inspired by Western culture. The popularity of the series is evidenced by the presence of two short films OVA original video animation, the first of which was funded through a fundraiser on Kickstarter. The series has its own anime series.

Nekopara Vol 4 — again takes the player to the modern world where anthropomorphic cats live. These creatures can talk and think, and the only difference between them and humans is that they have cat ears and tails. The game is a direct sequel to Nekopar Vol 3. We again play the role of a young pastry chef Kashou, who decided to oppose family traditions and instead of creating Japanese pastries, decided to take inspiration from the West. In pursuit of his dream, the main character begins to manage the La Soleil pastry shop, with which he is helped by his sister and a whole company of «cats».

In the fourth main part of the cycle, confectionery is in full swing, but the father of the protagonist is still not convinced of the life choice of the protagonist. This is why Kashaw decides to travel to France to consult with his former teacher. Of course, his sister and all his cat companions accompany him on the journey. Nekopara Vol 4 is a traditional visual novel adventure game. The role of the player is reduced to reading the subsequent statements of the main characters, accompanied by illustrations and animated portraits of the characters. It should be noted that we have no influence on the course of history, and our role is limited to observing events.

The game was created on the E-mote engine, which was developed for visual novels. Thanks to its solutions, developers can seamlessly combine static images and animated sprites. It is also noteworthy that the game was voiced by professional Japanese voice actors. The only silent character is the main character.

How to Install the Game
