Arkham Horror Mothers Embrace — is an action-adventure game inspired by the work of the master of horror, Howard Phillips Lovecraft. The player controls a group of four occult researchers who are trying to discover the secrets of a mansion controlled by evil forces. The game’s plot was inspired by the work of Howard Phillips Lovecraft. The action takes place in 1926, in a sleepy American city, whose world has been destroyed by a series of murders and disappearances. Worse, there are witnesses who claim that a strange strange monster is visible in the area. A team of occult researchers is dispatched to explain this issue. Their research focuses on one residence that appears to be at the center of recent developments.
The game is based on a series of board games, but it mainly uses elements of climate and history, offering completely different mechanics. While the prototype tables are focused on cooperative strategy gameplay, Embrace Mother is a single-player adventure game. Four heroes explore a mansion full of monsters and traps. During the game, we look for locations and solve puzzles. The player has the ability to split the group and freely switch between characters. This is useful because each of the explorers has unique abilities and traits, and using them correctly is often the key to overcoming the mysteries. Mansions of Madness Mothers Embrace offers a fully 3D, somewhat stylized graphic design that blends well with the character of the story.
