To do this, you will have to build buildings, develop infrastructure yes, it also plays an important role here, create machines for execution and punishment, and create conditions in which sinners will suffer.

Create hellish «machines of suffering» in which the brightest sinners will be placed, shed the blood of people who have come here, develop, build, get achievements, carry out the small orders of the Devil himself and do everything to make him happy with you, otherwise you will be among your own wards. You also have to deal with the sinners themselves. You will have to distribute responsibilities, give them assignments, punish them if the case requires it, send them to hellish chapels to raise your authority in their eyes, and do much, much more.
