Godumas — is a first-person co-op horror game. Explore the strange island alone or with a team, solve location-based puzzles and find a way to escape. Communicate with your friends using the in-game voice chat, but remember to speak quietly because who knows who will hear you. Avoid the locals who will try to hunt and sacrifice you. Leave the island using one of two routes. Collect items to open certain exits. Hints contain useful information about the location of exits and useful items. Information on them is visible only to players who have selected it. Enemies will try to stop you from escaping. You can drive them away with the help of a flashlight or a special amulet.

You can sneak up on enemies to avoid detection, distract them by throwing rocks, or hide in bushes and hope they leave. When you’re wounded, you can’t move, but if you or a friend have a healing syringe, you can heal yourself. You can also be sacrificed and become a ghost. As a ghost, your work is not finished. You can help your team escape whether you find items or not. One night at a party, your group of friends run into a strange guy at a bar in the local town port. After buying him a few drinks, he starts telling stories. One of these stories was about a rich isolated island where he once lived, but one night a terrible event happened and he had to flee for his life. No one believed him.

Near a mysterious island, everything goes awry when the ship is caught in a storm. You and your friends are transported to a mysterious island. The boat is no longer seaworthy and at first glance it looks like you are stuck for a while. Going further inland, you realize that something is very wrong with this place. It seems to be infested with strange humanoid creatures and cultists. Once an isolated but vibrant religious land with villages, shops, local mining and logging industries, the island now stands abandoned and forgotten, with strange creatures and occultists running around.
