City Wars Tokyo Reign — is set in the distant future. Mankind has been able to develop technology to previously unattainable heights, but morally has not improved. On the contrary, powerful criminal gangs seized power in large cities. Was no exception and the native policy of the protagonist. The main character, having barely reached maturity, decides to join one of the 4 gangs — and it depends on the gamer’s decision whether he can achieve success. Each location in CITY WARS TOKYO REIGN is represented by a road where the character needs to reach the finish line, fighting against competitors along the way.

Battles are a card duel and take place in turn-based mode. It also depends a lot on luck and the characteristics of the deck. For example, in order to be guaranteed to hit the enemy, the user must have a card with an increased accuracy indicator. After successful battles, the gamer receives a certain amount of gold and parts. They can be used to upgrade equipment and abilities at the hero’s base.
