Neon Blood is set in the year 2053, where the sprawling city of Viridis is divided into two extremes: the Light City and the Blind City. On one side is the wealth and privilege of the Light City, shining like a beacon. On the other is the Blind City, a dark, shadowy place riddled with crime and social decay. At the center is Axel McCoin, a former detective from the heart of the Blind City who takes it upon himself to bridge this divide and bring about change.
