The disaster in Survive the Fall occurred in 2023 when a huge asteroid crashed into the Earth. Most of the population died, but those who were in distant places of the world survived. The player moves into a post-apocalyptic environment, where he will have to build settlements using tactical and strategic elements. The vast and open world includes many good lands, forests or ruined cities. The global cataclysm changed the appearance of the planet and life on it for a long time. But after many dark centuries, the climate suddenly began to change. Extreme fires and wild temperature swings passed, and conditions allowed survivors to explore lost territories.

The user controls the main character, travels through hostile locations and tries to reach allies. Together with the people found, it will be necessary to begin the construction of a new settlement. Many units are unfriendly, and bandits often attack small hangouts for bait. The remaining people fight for the utilities and remnants of the former civilization. The struggle will be fierce, and precious resources will allow you not to die from hunger and cold. The environment is full of dangers, secrets and valuable artifacts. Having started building a city, you need to control the economy and extract resources, and they will help in carrying out further missions.
