The Haunting of Joni Evers is a story-driven adventure game about Joni Evers, a lonely woman living in the sprawling Cunningham House mansion in Harvest, Oklahoma. After a falling out with her only friend, strange supernatural events begin to occur in the house, forcing Joni to confront mystical forces and her family’s past. Players explore the sprawling mansion, uncovering family secrets and piecing together the mystery of what is truly haunting Joni supernatural forces, personal regrets, or both.

Gameplay focuses on investigation and storytelling, allowing players to delve into the house’s hidden spaces and delve into Joni’s memories. The atmospheric experience is enhanced by the voice acting of Kelly Pekar as Joni and an original soundtrack by PAYDAY 3 composer Gustavo Coutinho. As you progress through this emotional story, you will uncover the truth behind the supernatural phenomena and perhaps help heal a broken family.
