Warrior Maiden Lecia and the Lost Fortress follows Lecia’s first assignment after graduating from the military academy. She is sent to Fortress Kreist, a remote outpost far from the capital of Central. Upon arrival, Lecia discovers that Fortress Kreist has become the Lost Fortress, a place riddled with corruption, nudity, and sexually explicit content due to the actions of its commander.

His neglect of the town’s needs has eroded the locals' trust in the military, and it’s up to Lecia to regain that trust. In Warrior Maiden Lecia and the Lost Fortress, Lecia sets out on her own to restore the reputation and reform this degraded stronghold. The core of the gameplay is action-packed combat, with players guiding Lecia through this challenging environment. She faces enemies ranging from monsters to individuals defined as scum and worse, a reflection of the general decay.

The action-oriented control system allows you to chain skills together, parry attacks, dodge, and perform combos. The action game features 5 difficulty levels, allowing for a challenge to be tailored to the abilities of different players. Lecia’s basic sword fighting techniques are complemented by a variety of firearms, providing tactical options in combat. To change things up from intense battles, the title offers mini-games and numerous quests, providing additional activities and challenges within its setting.
