Maid Survivors Little Angels features an arena shooter structure with roguelike elements, where players control warrior maids. These operatives fight against waves of enemies and powerful bosses. Protecting the Earth from invading forces is the main objective. The operatives have different backgrounds: a princess, a scientist, and a special forces officer, each with their own special traits.

The core loop in Maid Survivors Little Angels involves surviving in the face of constant enemy attacks, which requires strategic adaptation. The heroines create personalized builds for combat, choosing from a variety of weapons and items. Success leads to a clash with a designated boss at the end of each level to liberate the zone. Such survival and equipment choices determine the character's progression in the various locations of this project. The roster of warrior maids provides different combat characteristics; new battle girlfriends become available as the game progresses.

The in-game store contains over 100 weapons and auxiliary items. Between enemy attacks, the heroines choose from a randomly generated set, influencing their build for subsequent clashes. Such mechanics allow for different tactics to be used to destroy enemies, with no single correct path. Movement and skill activation controls are designed for simplicity, with automatic fire, providing accessible gameplay. The difficulty increases as you progress; enemy numbers and resistance increase, requiring constant concentration.
