Conscript — is a mixture of two-dimensional adventure horror and action with a side view in which you will have to try as a regular French soldier to overcome a long path that runs through catacombs, trenches, and monster-filled locations. You will play the role of an ordinary French soldier, a conscript who was drafted during the war in 1916. It would seem that now he will become a hero or fall a heroic death in a typical battle. But this is far from the case. The main character will have to try to find the missing brother, and for this you will have to overcome incredible distances, fight with various enemies, and not only. The path will run through abandoned forts, catacombs full of monsters and zombies, trenches, dangerous no-man zones, and other equally dangerous locations.

The gameplay itself here is not so complicated, and offers fairly simple mechanics and processes. You will, together with the main character, explore dark and sometimes very gloomy locations, collect useful objects and resources along the way, fight enemies, including zombie monsters and ordinary soldiers, and much more. The game does not offer anything fundamentally new, in fact, if you do not take into account the unique atmosphere.

However, passing the game will be unrealistically difficult. Monsters will kill you in a matter of seconds, and getting a deadly bullet from the enemy here is also easier than ever. You need to be prepared for everything without exception, to show maximum care, and not only. Explore dark gloomy locations, be alert every second and try not to smear, firing from enemies, overcome obstacles and study the environment so as not to get lost, and most importantly, find your lost brother. And also in Conscript you will find simple, but very interesting puzzles, a sea of various weapons, and much more. In general, it will be interesting.
