The Legion will soon be built in London, where blue and white collar jobs have been eliminated by automation. The main character is an employee of a private security company named Albion. London is a kind of wonderland in this game, full of futuristic streets. The set time for Dedsec starts at a small pub. Recruiting players is a multi-step process, and you are an assistant in recruiting them. When you can still recruit them, you can finally complete the mission, and then they can be playable. In the Russian version of this game, the developers have given a rather superficial look of the people in the city around you.
