Monstrum 2 — is a sequel to the survival horror that came out in 2015. During the game, the player must escape from the place captured by the monster. Unlike the previous part, the game is designed for multiplayer mode. The game was created by Team Junkfish studio. Monstrum II takes place in an abandoned sea fortress, where mysterious experiments are carried out, as a result of which the monster of the same name is created. The task of a group of players is to avoid the monster and escape from this dark place.

Monstrum II is a first-person survival horror. The game again provides us with the randomness of the game: the sea fortress consists of procedurally generated rooms and corridors. The task of a group of four players is to survive in the confrontation with the monster that roams the outpost. The fifth participant in the game takes control of the creature. Players can choose between two strategies — cooperation with other survivors or lonely combat. Since a monster cannot be killed, players must avoid detection at all costs. Cover and distraction can be used for this purpose. In addition, if players cooperate with each other, they can destroy or climb different objects. This way they can find hidden passages and get equipment to help them escape.
