About The Game
ShockRods — is a shooter where players face to death and drive complex futuristic vehicles. The game was developed by Stainless Games, known for its Carmageddon series. We observe a third-person action. The gameplay includes moving battles, during which we sit at the machines. Among the arenas you can find both deserted or dense forests, as well as specially designed objects.Cars can not only move and reach dizzying speeds (side decks are installed), but also jump. In addition, we can supply them with a diverse arsenal of firearms acquired in the form of bonuses; the latter includes, among other things, a machine gun, a grenade launcher and a rocket salvo, as well as more fanciful murder weapons such as a freezer gun.
As we move forward, we collect money that we can spend on the purchase of various cosmetics for our «four wheels». Nothing prevents you from changing the body color, choosing different wheels or decorating the whole sticker. The authors also allow us to change the sounds made by vehicles and choose from a wide range of provocations.
Although you can have fun alone in ShockRods, the game spreads its wings during a multiplayer game with up to twelve other players. Death Match, Team Death Match and Capture The Flag and many other modes are waiting for you. In addition, the developers have prepared a special game mode called Ball Mode, created on the model of football.
