You have decided to spend the weekend at your uncle’s house in the woods. It’s a long walk through beautiful foliage and there is no one else in the forest. Everything looks very peaceful, you have a small supply of water from the well and firewood. It looks like it will be a quiet weekend. The Land of Pain is survival horror in the truest sense of the word. Your main character is not a fighter at all, but quite the opposite is a man of a fine mental organization. He’s not even someone who can aim accurately with a pistol, and weapons are very difficult to find here.

The whole game is based on exploration, puzzles and atmosphere. The gameplay may not be the most dynamic here, but it provides rich food for research. The gloomy atmosphere of loneliness in an eerie forest makes you feel, if not primal fear, then an extreme degree of anxiety. Beginning with the exploration, Land of Pain deliberately stretches the distances so that you often have to walk for a long time and nothing will happen around. Fortunately, the controls are responsive and the running speed is pretty good. The atmosphere of the game does not give you time to get bored. There are occultists, victims, strange artifacts, shrines, ruins, and even the entire Cthulhu set.

How to Install the Game

2. Mount the Full ISO-image game in the «UltraISO».
3. Install the game on you PC, wait for 100% installation.
4. Copy all files of the folder «DARKSiDERS» in game folder.
