The role-playing game Kingdom Come Deliverance has gone a long way from the start of development to release and has received mixed positive reviews from the community. The project was remembered by the authors' detailed approach to the reconstruction of medieval Bohemia, where, in the midst of the political struggle for the royal title, the simple son of the blacksmith, Ingrikh from Skalitsa, is trying to recover from the tragic events that befell his family and native village.

At the same time, numerous complaints rained down on the Czechs because of the curve of the technical part. The game slowed down even on the most powerful computers, and we could not get through to the end for the regular Xbox One. Some also did not like the prolonged gameplay, caused by an excessive emphasis on realism. Nevertheless, after a dozen updates and a few DLCs, we have Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition — the most complete edition of the sensational game.

Before talking about the additions themselves, I would like to talk about the current technical condition of the project. On the release, many players faced critical bugs that put an end to the further passage of side or story missions. Fortunately, now almost all serious problems have been resolved. The game works better on all existing platforms, but constant downloads before dialogs and noticeable loads of objects from a distance can spoil the impression.

Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition includes all the add-ons that the game received. These are five paid DLCs, as well as one free one — the Knightly Tournament held in Ratai. Immediately it is worth noting that none of them continues the main storyline. And this is sad, considering how crumpled and ragged at the half-word the ending turned out. Additions are small plot branches telling about the events that happened with the hero and his associates in parallel with the main story. Of the five DLCs, only three are full-fledged quests with their own plot.

«Amorous adventures of Jan Ptachek» will tell about the attempt of a young gentleman from Ratay to catch up with another girl. «Gang of Bastards» is a story about a detachment of mercenaries in the service of Pan Radzig Kobyla, who is standing guard over order in the district. And «Feminine Share» tells how exactly Teresa survived after the Polovtsian raid on Skalitsa. In turn, «From the Ashes», «Treasures of the Past» and the tournament are not of special plot value. In the first, we have to lead the restoration of the village of Pribyslavitsa, the rest — simple quests to collect details of the armor.

Among all the DLC, the «Feminine Share» stands out more than the rest. Here we will return to Skalitsa the day before the attack that marked the beginning of the main story, and get to know more closely the many characters that the hero often remembered about later. This part of the game does not involve active sword fights, long horseback riding and all that can be expected from a male protagonist. Instead, for Theresa, a typical day begins with feeding the chickens and the dog, weeding the beds and running around to the nearest merchant. However, the monotony habitual for the quest component of KC: D fades into the background after the Polovtsian raid, and the heroine will have to survive in the middle of the devastated village until help arrives.

How to Install the Game

1. Download the game files through torrent.
2. Unzip the game using WinRAR or 7zip.
3. Сlick on the label of the game, Play!Copy add-ons — HD improvements from the DLC folder of your choice (these are textures, sounds and speech).
4. Start game «…Bin\Win64\KingdomCome.exe», Play!
5. The language changes in the menu.
