Rocket League is a direct answer to the question of what will happen if you take a football simulator, a racing arcade, a multiplayer action game and create a single concept of the game from all this. In this game, the pleasure of the gameplay can be shared with friends not only through a network connection, but also by playing on one computer. To do this, it has a special split-screen mode, which allows you to collect from two to four users behind a single monitor and play this racing football. The gameplay in the Rocket League is quite simple and will be clear to all categories of users, from beginners to professionals.
The essence of the game process, as well as in real football, is to score a goal into the opponent’s goal, adjusted for the fact that the players are not playing on the field, but tiny machines that are several times smaller than the ball itself. Cars have the ability to bounce, which allows gamers to hit the ball while it is in the air. As part of the playing field, there are «boosts» — special marks, having passed through which the machine receives significant acceleration.
The arenas in the game differ in their design, the teams consist of 3-4 users, and the matches themselves are short-lived. On average, one game session lasts about 5 minutes. However, if the teams have an equal score, then the players are given an unlimited amount of time equal to until one of the teams scores a decisive goal. Whoever succeeds in doing this first becomes the winner. Winning players have a small chance to unlock new cars. At the first start of the game, the user will have access to 4 jet cars, the remaining several dozen can be opened as victories in matches.
