The narrative in the video game adaptation differs from the original in an extended story. The developers have come up with new storylines. They divided everything into 5 chapters. In the original script, three high school students witnessed a murder and recorded the crime on camera, which ended up getting them in a lot of trouble. In the video game, a character named Zhu Chaoyang also happened upon a horrific incident and then turned into one of the suspects.
