EVIL BELOW invites the player to play the role of a mother who has to find her own child in a fictional dimension filled with deadly dangers and mysterious objects. The main character will face dark creatures blinded by greed and faith in evil. In the gameplay, you have to fight with opponents, explore the environment, hide from powerful monsters and try to stay alive. The microphone activation function is necessary for solving puzzles and battles. Thanks to the voice, you will need to overcome obstacles and move through the story. It all starts with a woman waking up in a strange place, she feels a severe headache, and distorted vision gradually returns to normal.

She will need to explore the environment, get useful items and find clues that will help find the missing child. The perspective is presented from a first-person perspective, and elements of horror intersect with unique ways of solving logic problems. The gamer needs to act stealthily and make fewer sounds in order to avoid unnecessary collisions with opponents and save energy. The world consists of seven diverse and interconnected zones, each of which is inhabited by certain opponents, traps and puzzles are set. The user will meet with different characters, helping to reveal the truth and get closer to the goal.
