RAD - CODEX + Update v20200820

RAD — the game offers us an alternative story, at some point in the mid-eighties, the world was destroyed by a nuclear strike. In the end, the survivors managed to collect enough remnants of civilization to start life anew. The culture froze after the apocalypse and since the bombs exploded, the fashion for punk, acid and neon colors has revived. In the following centuries, a group of survivors prone to recovery, known as the Menders, managed to build an extensive underground network of machines designed to clean the air and clean up the radioactive toxins that were absorbed into the environment.

Our character is one of the last surviving people in a relatively safe area of the wasteland, protected by the Mender machines described above. Unfortunately, the energy of the machines is steadily declining and the village elder asks the volunteer to examine the waste and try to find a replacement water crumb to get to the Nuclear Throne and gain strength again. Before leaving, he performs a ritual that will allow your body to adapt to nuclear residues outside the gates of the city. Instead of being exposed to radiation, you now absorb it to improve your physique. However, radiation is difficult to control and the changes it causes to you will be unpredictable. Learning to use and master these mutations to activate the Mendera mechanism is the main goal of the game process.

Here is a single-player third-person game that borrows some elements from the classic computer game Rogue and its descendants. Cards and enemy locations are randomized for each game session, as are the mutations that you will experience destroying the evil mutants and absorbing their radioactive life force. Most mutations are useful and offer some improvement in your abilities or defenses, but some of them are harmful and will make the fight a little more difficult.

You can activate up to three exo mutations, each of which is called by different buttons and can be upgraded to add another function or increase their power. You can also have a seemingly unlimited number of «endo» mutations, most of which will improve your other abilities or provide immunity to certain types of damage. However, some of them will make you weaker and you cannot be sure if the mutation will be good or bad until you pick it up. No matter what mutations you have, your character will always leave behind a trail of grass and flowers, which can help show where you were and speed up the rollback if necessary.

How to Install the Game

1. Download the Full game RAD-CODEX through torrent.
2. Mount the Full ISO-image game in the «UltraISO».
3. Install the game on you PC, wait for 100% installation.
4. Download and install Update's v20190910 / v20191016 / v20200820, in game folder.
5. Copy all files of the folder «CODEX» in game folder.
6. Lock the game folder in the Windows firewall.
7. Play!
