The original Prison Tycoon was released in 2005 by publisher ValuSoft and developed by Virtual Playground. Abylight and Ziggurat say the next chapter, Under New Leadership, will focus on the challenges of rehabilitating and reintegrating prisoners back into healthy, functioning members of society.
