About The Game

Final Fall is a psychological horror game where reality and fiction merge into one. As Ofelia, you explore a hospital that reflects her crumbling sanity, facing disturbing hallucinations and deadly choices. Walk through changing spaces where the walls live their own lives, sounds are made by faceless creatures, and your mistakes can have catastrophic consequences. Every step is a fight with internal demons and external threats created by the subconscious. Monitor your sanity level: wrong actions, refusal of medications or failure of puzzles can lead to irreparable damage. There is no forgiveness here. Losing control over your mind can cost you everything — including saving.
