About The Game

s.p.l.i.t is an interactive horror game with a twist on a psycho-themed thriller, set in a closed digital space. The player encounters a chain of locked systems that can only be accessed via the command line. Each input is an attempt to bypass the protection, to penetrate closed areas that store materials on mind manipulation. There are no clear instructions: the only way to move forward is to select commands and observe the system's emotionless responses.

The s.p.l.i.t project immerses you in the process of forced intervention in internal protocols. The gamer opens directories, finding reports, fragments of logs, records from personality control programs. Each action causes resistance - signals become more complex, vocabulary changes, the interface becomes more and more aggressive. Among the texts there are damaged blocks, scraps of conversations and documents hinting at experiments with violation of the boundaries of perception.

As you progress, structures appear that pose as controlling elements. These modules interrupt the process, redirect commands, or attempt to completely block access. The interface does not provide a map, explanations, or familiar navigation. The gameplay is based on analyzing, guessing, and reading hidden signals in the system's language. This gaming experience is not based on a plot, but on the reaction of the environment. Gradually, the project reveals encrypted areas, provoking anxiety and pushing to the boundaries of acceptable intervention.
