About The Game

1000 Deaths (Thousand Deaths) is a 3D platformer where gravity is reoriented to the surface the character touches. The game follows the development of 4 different playable characters, tracing their life paths from inception to the end. The decisions made have tangible consequences, which in turn shape the platforming challenges and accessible storylines. Movement involves running, jumping and dashing along walls, ceilings and floors, as gravity constantly changes around the hero.

In 1000 Deaths (Thousand Deaths), the player guides the heroes through key decisions that determine their future destinies. You can help them build friendships, make a career as a rock star or climb the corporate ladder. Alternatively, other choices can lead to intricate romantic relationships. These narrative paths directly influence the gameplay of the platforming areas, combining mental puzzles with dynamic episodes.

The title's universe is populated by unusual creatures, including talking egg yolks and animated doodles. Explore locations from Knowherstown to the glittering Jollywood, moving through psychedelic Mindscapes. These surreal zones contain hidden collectibles and unlockable bonus levels. As an added challenge, you can earn trophies for completing 45 arcade-style timed stages, although this game also allows for a more leisurely pace.
