The story of Death end reQuest Code Z is about tangled parallel universes. Iris was born in World DE-1 a mirror of Earth from the early 2000s. She caused a chain of tragic events that Arata Mizunashi and his team worked hard to undo. To show her change of heart Iris created World DE-1.5 a copy of the old world. In this new place enemies became friends and everyone worked together. But this peace is shaky with a new crisis looming.
