About The Game

Carmageddon Rogue Shift is a racing action game with survival elements, where each attempt becomes a unique challenge thanks to procedurally generated events. The inevitable destruction of a vehicle doesn't mean final failure, as accumulated experience and unlocked upgrades are carried over, allowing for further progress with each new start. The core of the gameplay is navigating hostile environments, constantly monitoring the vehicle's integrity, and collecting valuable resources. Strategic decisions about upgrades between encounters determine the success of the entire mission.

The game takes place in the bleak future of 2050, on a planet devastated by cataclysms and wars. The remnants of humanity take refuge in high-rise buildings, fleeing countless hordes of zombies known as the Desolate. The only hope for salvation is participating in the deadly races of Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, where victory opens the way to the final spaceport. This chance to escape a dying world is the primary motivation for all ruthless pilots, willing to do anything to survive and crush their opponents, including members of the Autoscam gang and corrupt security forces.

To achieve their goal, competitors must constantly upgrade their vehicles. Racers have a vast arsenal at their disposal to create a unique death machine capable of facing off against both other pilots and mutated monsters. Confrontations unfold not only with ordinary opponents but also with colossal battle trucks, which serve as bosses.

Technical and gameplay features:

• A fleet of 15 vehicles each with unique characteristics such as weight, suspension, and drive type.
• An arsenal of 13 weapon classes from shotguns to railguns can be upgraded.
• A system of over 80 perks allows for the creation of powerful combinations for total dominance.
• A detailed damage model reflects the deformation and detachment of body parts in real time. Dynamic changes in weather and time of day directly affect the conditions of the races.
