Angel Engine, a chilling surgical simulator, forces gamers to perform precise manipulations on test subjects. Each procedure becomes a severe test of endurance. The success of the operation depends on the ability to balance repairing the titular device and exorcising demons.

The backdrop for these macabre sessions is the radioactive wasteland left in the aftermath of a devastating global conflict. The last stronghold of the surviving people is a colossal architectural structure dubbed the Second Tower of Babel. It is within the walls of this monumental building's Research Center that the main tragedy unfolds. Angel Engine storyline is based on a well-known online project, detailing the biographies of the complex's personnel. As the protagonist fulfills his professional duties, he inevitably encounters forbidden knowledge. Delving into the laboratory's classified archives inevitably leads to the discovery of a terrifying truth about the nature of the nightmare unfolding around him.
