About The Game

Oaken Tower is a PvP roguelike where you don't directly control the battle the towers fight on their own, and your task is preparation. You assemble a set of items, place them within a structure, and watch as your choices interact with those of others. Everything hinges on how well you assemble a combination and how the elements interact in real combat. Every item matters. Some provide basic effects, others only work together, and some are only revealed under specific conditions. You need to not just choose the strongest items, but find combinations that enhance the overall result.

If everything is assembled correctly, the tower's power increases dramatically, and it can handle even stronger opponents. Matches are asynchronous, so the outcome depends solely on your preparation. As you progress, new skills and rare items are unlocked, allowing you to change your approach and try new options. Ultimately, the game becomes a constant search for a working system, where it's not just one discovery that matters, but how it fits into the overall design.
