1000xRESIST is a sci-fi adventure set in a distant future where humanity is facing extinction due to a devastating disease carried by aliens. You will take on the role of the Observer, a survivor who serves the mysterious ALLMOTHER. However, the discovery of a deep secret changes the very essence of their existence. In a dystopian future, an alien race known as the Occupiers has arrived on Earth, bringing with them an incurable disease that is quickly decimating the human population. Although the Occupiers do not show obvious hostility, their appearance seals the fate of humanity. Only one person Iris miraculously turns out to be immune to the deadly disease, which makes her the last surviving person.

1000 years have passed, and the girl not only retained her immunity, but also gained immortality. She has created a society consisting solely of clones of herself, whom she calls the Sisters and bears the title of the revered ALLMOTHER. Unlike the immortal leader, the Sisters are not immune to the alien disease and are forced to constantly wear masks to avoid breathing contaminated air, even in their hideout — the Orchard — an underground reserve marred by the constant threat of Occupier invasion.
