Widelands — is an isometric view simulator with elements of strategy, business simulator and game editor. The game has a peculiar gameplay and style of managing the development of civilization. The player will have to manage the development of civilization on a separate island, taking control of one of the three tribes. You will have to start with just one building and several hundred settlers with different specialties as cooks, woodcutters, masons, fishermen, soldiers, and so on. Widelands supports single and multiplayer game modes.

The territory for development and resources are limited, so it is necessary to think over the need for each building and application of efforts. The management style does not provide for the management of each individual unit, as is customary in classical real-time strategies, the setting of a task for groups is used.

How to Install the Game
