Lords and Villeins —  is a pixel art city building sim set in the Middle Ages. Create family dynasties and watch them develop and interact as you build homes for them. Expand your production chain and influence the daily life of your villagers to create a unique story for your settlement. In this game, you do not control the daily life of each individual villager instead, you are dealing with entire families and their descendants. The player controls peasant and noble families, expands production, works with the church, trains the army for the king and influences the daily life of the villagers, making important decisions and fulfilling the whims of the ruler.

The game is based on an emotional journey and your affection for your people: you see how residents grow, develop, build relationships, overcome difficulties in order to shape their lives and different stories in interesting ways. Lords and Villeins has 70 objects at your disposal to build, decorate and upgrade your settlement. About 20 different zones and professions that the villagers can use. 90+ resources to use in a fully functional production chain. A unique concept of family management, where the player negotiates with groups of villagers through the head of a specific family. Fully procedurally generated environment with sophisticated AI that can create relationships and develop the traits of your residents. A variety of pets that the villagers can tame, feed and take care of.

An exciting world in which you are only a small part of it. Collect taxes from your residents to secure reserves, maintain balance, and fulfill your responsibilities for paying royal tax on your land. Visually great seasons with a soundtrack featuring seasonal themes, simulating weather, temperatures, and soil quality. And all this is not a complete list of content and mechanics in the game — Lords and Villeins will develop and receive large-scale updates.

How to Install the Game
