The great noble houses completely control the feudal territories, and the life of ordinary people has actually slipped back to the Middle Ages. The hero is the young Emperor, who only recently ascended the throne, who needs to create a prosperous future for his people. User creates a ward, picking up the necessary abilities and other characteristics.

It is important for the protagonist to develop and form relationships with foreigners, make difficult decisions, trying to create a policy that is beneficial to people in the process. The main task is to unite the Great Houses, which have formed their own bureaucracy for a long time and complicate the life of the Emperor their support is needed for the existence of the entire power. The user needs to conduct various negotiations in order to achieve mutual understanding and gain the favor of opponents.
