About The Game
TV189 is a short action game set in a dystopian near future. Created by a passionate, single-player indie game developer, TV189 features 9 carefully curated levels designed to help the player master the art of intuition as their skills are put to the test in melee combat as well as puzzle-based gameplay. The player should be at the center of the action, enabling the skill tree gives you a choice between power and ammo abilities. The game features a carefully written story, expressed through a combination of voice-over cutscenes, game notes, and documents in an ever-evolving, overarching plot. From waking up in a morgue in an underground facility to completing assassination rescue missions, TV189 utilizes a number of gameplay types geared towards a diverse user experience. Exploring the map is rewarded with the following necessary ammo and transmitters.
Use these transmitters to upgrade your character to save ammo more efficiently or regenerate health faster with 15 different skills to learn and unlock, with the final 2 mastery abilities. You wake up in a morgue months after working a covert operation in Timalun, Russia. Infected with a new mysterious virus, your body has been isolated and placed in containment to prevent the disease from spreading. The forces of the Russian Front are an independent terrorist organization that threatens the world arena with mass destruction with the help of a mysterious biological weapon called TV189. What they don’t know, however, is that your enhanced immunity means you can enter Timalyun and other R.F.F. controlled areas without the risk of contamination. Using this new capability and supported by several UN nations, you must conduct a cloak and dagger operation to end the RFF from within. From looting ill-gotten money and servers to climbing the roof of a compound to access the ventilation system for a kill, TV189 features a variety of level types and styles, each with its own themes, locations, and atmosphere.
