About The Game

Inside the Backrooms — is a horror game about creepy rooms where puzzles and otherworldly dangers await players. But the rooms are not safe — they are inhabited by supernatural entities that should be feared. To survive a meeting with them, you need to know their features, because each of the six entities attacks the players in their own way. The puzzles in the rooms range from simple to intricate. They are also designed both for passing alone and in co-op up to three people.

The answers to these puzzles change with each playthrough, so the gameplay won’t be the same. There are 4 levels in total with their own unique mechanics. In each new level, not only more and more difficult puzzles appear, but it also becomes more difficult to avoid monsters. At each of these stages, exploration will help you find important items and discover previously closed areas.

Key Features

• Voice Chat with Distance Mechanics — Players voices will only reach nearby allies. But monsters can also hear you.
• Stamina Management — Stamina is limited and best used to escape.
• Limited Inventory — Inside the Backrooms is full of useful items, but bag space isn’t limitless.
• Anxiety Mechanic — Just by seeing an evil entity, the character will become nervous, which will lead to poor visibility.
