About The Game

JETRUNNER challenges gamers to run on walls, climb over obstacles, and use a grappling hook to navigate intricate urban tracks. This first-person action game combines high-speed parkour with gunplay across 60 unique arenas, from the urban landscapes of New York to the streets of Seoul. The goal is to navigate handcrafted environments as efficiently as possible using a honed combination of athletic maneuvers and precision fire. Each playthrough is presented as a highly profitable video stream, turning an individual performance into a television show for a global audience.

JETRUNNER players use an arsenal of 6 futuristic gadgets to gain a competitive advantage, unlocking advanced mobility options and unique ways to get around. A fully voiced story campaign follows rookie Nina White as she rises through the ranks of the professional circuit in a battle for legendary status. In addition to the story, the game features a special challenge mode that requires precision execution and strategic planning to optimize routes and master each level. Results are tracked on global leaderboards, allowing you to compare your times with other competitors around the world.

Achieving high results requires experimentation and adaptation, rather than simply following a set vector. Each arena is a puzzle with multiple routes and potential shortcuts that, when discovered, reduce the overall run time. The project allows you to compete against ghostly replays of your own best times, honing your strategy and execution with each attempt. The most effective contenders learn to manipulate the environment, combining their tools and movement skills in unconventional sequences, effectively creating new paths.
